• 3. Requirements

(1) For Renowned Teachers (high-level talents):

Qualifications: highly professional level, international professional awards in music and dance, many years of teaching experience; one-year probationary period, signing a three-year contract after passing the assessment; annual salary is on a one person, one scale basis.

(2) For General Teachers:

Qualifications: Master’s degree or above, 2 years or more working experience.

4. Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary (RMB): 14000/month
• Air ticket subsidy (RMB): 10000/year (round trip)
• Medical subsidy (RMB): commercial medical insurance
• Winter Holiday Travel Subsidy (RMB): 3500/year
• Holidays: summer holiday, winter holiday, Christmas (or one of the major national holidays), Chinese legal holidays

5. Position Duties

• Average 12 hours of classroom teaching per week
• Other related work, such as organising professional lectures, guiding students to participate in competitions and other practical activities.
