Programme Officer (PR0682/22-23)

The appointee will provide administrative support to quality assurance and accreditation activities of the School. The major role is to work with all internal/external parties to execute policies and measures for compliance with quality assurance and accreditation standards. The appointee will manage the database that tracks faculty, student and programme information, including data input, analysis and reporting. Also, the appointee will organise documentation and activities for accreditation reviews and related projects, serve on committees and perform any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly-motivated team players with the ability to multitask efficiently. The appointee should have strong data interpretation and reporting skills with demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to two years with contract-end gratuity. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
